viphp reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

viphp does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
viphp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. viphp complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
viphp reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, viphp will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact viphp's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. viphp will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
