viphp is open to Filipino residents who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations. Players must provide a valid government-issued ID during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before their account is fully activated. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register.

No. Each player is permitted to hold only one viphp account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery option on the login page rather than creating a new one.

After registering, go to Account Settings → Verification. Upload a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie holding the same ID. Our team reviews submissions within 24 hours. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 minutes to a few hours depending on your bank's processing times. viphp does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. Withdrawals

Go to your account dashboard and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. The withdrawal method must match the name on your viphp account.
