Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your membership and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AML record-keeping requirements.
Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended).
Gameplay Data: Retained for the duration of your membership and for up to three (3) years following account closure.

11. Children's Privacy

The viphp Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. viphp does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the data, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

In certain circumstances, viphp may transfer your personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines — for example, game software providers or cloud infrastructure providers operating in other jurisdictions. viphp reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, viphp will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to your registered address.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
